CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK EVENT SCHEDULE

Monday
 10am-4pm Drop-In Kick Off in Heritage Hall
This day will introduce everyone to the week’s events, additionally, we will share information on the ongoing activities. We will have tables set up for our participating groups and introduce guests to the Customer Service Week blog. Show your spirit and wear your Seabury Swag!
Some of the activities for Monday’s Drop-In Kick Off include:

·  Standard Six “Trash Mob”

Tuesday
SEMI ANNUAL
at 8:00am and 3:30pm in Heritage Hall
With special surprises and a presentation from the Standard Five group!

Wednesday
Standard One: Right Way—Wrong Way: A performance showing YOU the right way and wrong way to show Five Star Customer service!
at 7am and 3pm in Heritage Hall

Thursday
Standard Four: Obstacle Challenge!
at 11am in Heritage Hall, 2pm at the Meadows

Friday
Standard Three: Standard Staredown in Employee Lounge
12pm-1pm

Saturday & Sunday
I AM FIVE STAR WEEK IN REVIEW— A Celebration of this week’s achievements with a slide show, games, refreshments and more from 11am-2pm in Heritage Hall on both weekend days! All staff are welcome.

Standard 1: We will be acting out several scenarios illustrating the correct and incorrect ways to achieve Seabury Service Standard 1, “I am an Ambassador of Seabury through the professionalism of my appearance, words and actions,: Live theatre has the ability to entertain and educate. The intent is to engage our staff to embrace the proper approach to achieve this important standard that truly makes Seabury a special community.

Standard 2: Team #2 will be having a smile contest for all to enjoy. We are also challenging everyone to a word search. Please join us in our “Where’s Waldo” fun with our picture frames traveling around campus.

Standard 3: Please join us for the “Standard Stare Down” throughout the week and on Friday during lunchtime in the Employee Lounge.  Show that you’re a Seabury Standard Star by being fully present while you stare down your fellow co-workers in a fun and engaging contest.  Throughout the week, carry your “DARE TO STARE” cards for an impromptu contest or engage a resident for some Seabury Standard fun!  Be sure to catch it on video or snap a picture so we can share it with the whole team! 

Standard 4: There will be a timed challenge of clearing a table, resetting table, stripping a bed/cot and remaking that bed/cot. The final part is to solve a standards-related puzzle. The two-person team with the fastest time will win!

Standard 5: We are creating a video of 3 WOW experiences. This will be shown in Heritage Hall during semi-annual and then put on the intranet for all staff to view.

Standard 6: Show that you are a Steward of your Environment by donating to our bottle and can drive being held all week! Proceeds will benefit the employee cheer fund. Everyone that participates will receive a Seabury wristband.
